Email Line Limitation Bug in Communication Modules

Products: Scorecard, Education Harvester, Expo Harvester, Website, Mobile App, Survey Magnet

Email services require a single line to be less than 998 characters. When emails generated by our system include lines longer than 998 characters, SendGrid (our email service) will insert a newline character to ensure that the email meets this standard. In most cases this is not an issue because the emails are interpreted as html. However, in some cases, the newline character is injected in the middle of an html tag or attribute which breaks the intended html format of the email. This can disrupt the email display, with items such as strikethrough text or broken links. A fix has been put in place and this issue should now be resolved in all communication modules.

Education Harvester: Copyright and Permissions Task not filtering by build code

When using the ####PRESENTATIONINFO#### tag in the permissions statement in the Copyright and Permissions task, it displayed all presentations associated with the user rather than considering the filtering on the task. Now, when the ####PRESENTATIONINFO#### tag is added to the permissions statement in the Copyright and Permissions task, it will only display the presentation information assigned to the build code that the task is filtered to.

Education Harvester: Additional address hotkey format added to Copyright and Permissions Task

An additional mailing address hotkey was added to the Copyright and Permissions task. Admin users will now see ####MAILINGADDRESS2LINE#### listed as an option in Permissions Statement section of the task editor. This new format will display address information in the following way:

Address Line 1, Address line 2, Address Line 3

City, State, Zip, Country

If no information exists in these fields, the data fields will be left blank and no trailing commas will appear.

Registration: Fee Section Rules Displaying Correct Error Messages

The logic for Fee Section rules has been updated to ensure that the correct error is displaying within step-based registration. The error is based on the fees currently displayed on that registration form page. Previously, if fees were set to display on multiple pages within a step-based registration form, and they were set up to include fee section rules, the error message for the first rule created would always display when any fee section rule was triggered, instead of displaying the correct one.

Registration: PDF Badges has been renamed Basic Badges

PDF Badges have been renamed Basic Badges and updated throughout EdgeReg and within documentation.  All other functionality has remained the same.

Registration: Image Sizes are automatically reduced when imported via Badge Editor

Images uploaded into the Badge Editor with a width greater than 1280px or a height greater than 720px are now automatically resized to fit within these parameters. The aspect ratios and file types continue to be respected. Previously, an image of any size could be uploaded onto a badge via the Badge Editor. Large images can significantly reduce the speed at which badges are generated, causing delays, and in some cases, time outs when generating larger quantities of badges. The reduction in the size of the images does not impact the quality of the resulting badge print.

Registration: Registration Webhook Filters now accept both String and Numerical values

Registration webhook filters are now able to accept Number values. Previously, the filters were only set to accept a string value, causing webhook requests with filters to fail.

Registration: Credit Card Reconciliation report with "Show Reg Fee Sections" checked accurately displaying break down of refunds by Fee Section

The Credit Card Reconciliation report with the setting for "Show Reg Fee Sections" checked has been updated to display the correct amount in each fee section column when a credit card refund transaction is made.  Previously, the full value of the refund was displayed in each fee section column where there was a line item purchased, instead of just the amount of the line item that was refunded. This fix is retroactive for all previous events.

Website: Encountering a 404 Page Not Found when attempting to focus on a custom field

We identified an issue on the admin page of the website module where attempting to focus on a particular custom field led to a 404 error. This problem has been addressed and the focusing feature has been updated to enable the proper functionality of filtering by assigned custom fields.
