Basic Badging On-site Badge Queue

You can use the Basic Badging On-site module's badge queue to select specific badges to print and then print as needed. This is particularly useful if you are trying to reduce badge stock waste—wait until you have enough registrants in the queue to print a full page and then print!

Add Registrants to the Badge Queue

Add registrants to the print queue using one of the following methods:

If you are doing a badge re-print and need to make adjustments to the record first, use the Search page to search for the registrant.

  • Click on their name to open their record
  • Make any changes to their record that are needed and click the Save (floppy disc) icon.
  • Click the Print icon next to the Save icon to add that registrant to the queue.

Remove Registrants from the Badge Queue

Go to the On-site Statistics page and click:

  • Clear Badge Print Queue to remove everyone currently in the queue
  • The # Queued Registrants to see the list of everyone in the queue. Click Remove next to an individual's name to remove just that person from the queue.

Print the Badge Queue

  • Once you’re ready to print your queue, select the Print Batch Queue button at the top of the page.
  • This will open a new tab in your browser with the PDF of the badges. You’ll then use the print button in your browser to print that PDF.

NOTE

Print Batch Queue will not display unless/until you have a printer set for your login.
Make sure to print at 100% or actual size. Do not select settings like “Fit to Page” or “Shrink to Fit” as this will affect the margins and cause the badges to not line up with your badge stock properly.
