- Select the Label Type and Template you need. If you plan to print all badges at once, you can leave all of the other settings as is, click "Submit".
- Depending on the number of registrants for your event, it might be necessary to run the badge sets in smaller groups by name range, such as A-Mz and N-Zz.
- Use the Date Registered fields if you want to pre-print all badges up until a certain date, perhaps a week before your event, and then print the remaining ones onsite for all new registrations since that date.
- You can filter by Payment Status
- You can sort badges by:
- Last Name
- Company
- State
- Date Registered
- Complex filtering is supported by using Attendee Custom Reports and selecting "Use Results for Badges"
- Print Mode allows you to select to either "Print" or "Preview Only". "Print" will log badges as printed on the Printed Badges report, and "Preview Only" will not, and will add a Preview watermark.
- Printer settings are useful when testing badge prints for alignment purposes or if your printer is alignment is off.
If you want to have the majority of the badges for your event printed and ready to be handed out onsite, you can pre-print your badges before the event.
Navigate to the Basic Badges page from the Control Center of your EdgeReg event.
