Basic Badging On-Site Statistics

The first page that the On-site module will open to is the On-site Statistics page (#5 in the menu of icons).

On the On-site statistics page, you can see/do the following:

• Current Registrant Count: The number of people registered over the target number of attendees
• Current Attendee Count: The number of people marked as attended over the number of people registered
• Printer:
  • Manage: Update the badge printing settings, including the badge stock, template, and printer adjustment settings.
  • # Queued Registrants: Click on the number of queued registrants to see who is in the queue and remove them from the queue if needed.
  • Badge Stock: Shows the type of badge stock in use.
  • Badge Template: Click on the badge template name to edit the template. 
• Quick Tools
  • Mark All Attended: Marks everyone who is currently registered as checked-in for the meeting.
  • Clear Badge Print Queue: Clears everyone out of the print queue.
  • Fill Badge Print Queue: Puts all registrants in the print queue.
  • Check-In All Records Not Yet Checked In and Add to Badge Print Queue: Checks in everyone who is not marked as attended, yet and then adds them to the print queue.
• Reports
  • Attendees by Date: A report that shows everyone who has been checked in.
  • No Shows: A report that shows everyone who has not been checked in.
