Basic Badging On-site Registration

From your meeting's Control Center, select Basic Badges under the Registration header.

  • Select Basic Badging - Onsite from the top left.
  • Click the New Registration icon at the top of the page.
  • Fill in the registrant's details and select any fees they will be purchasing.

Choose their payment method and select one of the following options:

  • Register to register the individual and mark them as attended
  • Register & Print Badge to register the individual, mark them as attended, and add their badge to the badge queue. 

CADMIUM RECOMMENDS 

You are not required to fill in all fields. To keep on-site registrations efficient, we recommend filling in just the necessary details. For example, fill in the fields to be printed on their badge and the registrant's email address to sentd their confirmation email.

Select Credit Card to charge their card

  • If you select "Credit Card" and then hit one of the Register buttons, you will be prompted to enter their credit card information and complete the transaction on the next page.

Select Manual Credit Card to indicate a credit card charge has already occurred 

  • If you select the "Manual Credit Card" payment method, this indicates to the software that they have paid by credit card outside of EventRebels (for example, directly through your payment gateway's virtual terminal).

NOTE 

If you do not see the Register & Print Badge button, you need to set your on-site printer settings.
