Zebra ZD621 Printer Settings

To ensure that the on-demand badges print correctly, adjust the Zebra ZD621 printer settings.

IMPORTANT NOTE

All settings will automatically reset to the default settings when the printer is powered off.

From a computer, tablet or mobile device connected to the same network as the printer, enter the printer IP address into a web browser to open the Zebra printer controls.

NOTE

To find the IP address for Cadmium’s recommended Zebra ZD621 model printer, press and hold the “feed” and “cancel” buttons on the printer (the 2nd and 3rd buttons) to print the printer configuration sheet.

Select View and Modify Printer Settings
Enter a username and/or password if needed
Select General Setup
Adjust default settings to meet your needs

CADMIUM RECOMMENDS

Make the following adjustments to the default settings:

Darkness: Adjust to 19

Print Mode: Select Cutter

You may need to adjust other properties to properly align your printer or stock.
