Cadmium Pay is Cadmium's merchant solution within the Cadmium Payments platform. It offers seamless integration across Cadmium products, unified transaction reporting, and greater control and transparency over payment processing within the Cadmium ecosystem.
Service Activities
The following Cadmium provided service activities are included for a Cadmium Pay and occur after the execution of an order.
- Merchant Application Process
A non-exhaustive list of a Customer's responsibilities include:
- Managing user access for the merchant account.
- Transaction review and resolution of transactional disputes.
- Reconciliation with bank statements.
Services not listed are outside the scope of this agreement.
Service Activity Descriptions
Activity 1: Merchant Application Process
Cadmium will provide a link to the Cadmium Pay application form, which Customer will use to enter banking information and account profile details. Information collected in the application will be used for risk evaluation and creation of a designated administrative account. The evaluation and approval process typically takes 2-3 business days for completion. Upon approval, an automated email notification is sent to the designated account holder. At the time of approval, Cadmium Pay immediately becomes available as a Merchant Account option within Cadmium Payments and can be selected as the chosen Merchant Account for any/all Cadmium products where payments are accepted.
Occasionally, the Cadmium Pay approval requires additional supporting details before it can be approved. In this case, Cadmium will assist in the communication and collection of extra supporting documents or account details as needed.
