Adding Cadmium to your Developer Accounts

Once your developer accounts are set up, the next step is to grant our team access. We’ll need permission to your Apple Developer account so we can manage the full app submission and publishing process on your behalf.

Adding Cadmium to Your Apple Developer Account

1. Go to the Users and Access page

• Sign in to App Store Connect and navigate to Users and Access.

2. Invite us as a user

• Click the + icon to add a new user.
• Enter "Cadmium" as the First Name and "AppRelease" as the Last Name.
• Use the email address AppRelease@gocadmium.com to invite us to your developer account.
• In the Roles section, select Admin.
• Under Developer Resources, make sure Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles is enabled.
• Click Invite to send the request.

3. Notify your Project Manager

• After sending the invitation, let your Project Manager know.
• Important: The invitation must be accepted within 24 hours before it expires.
