Adding Cadmium to your Developer Accounts

Once your developer accounts are set up, the next step is to grant us access. To manage the full app submission and publishing process on your behalf, we need permission to your Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts.

Adding Cadmium to Your Apple Developer Account

You must have Admin permissions in App Store Connect to add new users.

1. Go to the Users and Access page

• Sign in to App Store Connect and navigate to Users and Access.

2. Invite us as a user

• Click the + icon to add a new user.
• Enter "Cadmium" as the First Name and "AppRelease" as the Last Name.
• Use the email address AppRelease@gocadmium.com to invite to your developer account.
• In the Roles section, select Admin.
• Under Developer Resources, make sure Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles is enabled.
• Click Invite to send the request.

3. Notify your Project Manager

• Let your Project Manager know once the invitation has been sent.
• The invite must be accepted within 24 hours before it expires.

Adding Cadmium to Your Google Developer Account

You must be the account owner or have admin access in the Google Play Console to add new users.

1. Go to the Users and permissions page

• Sign in to the Google Play Console and navigate to Users and permissions.

2. Invite us as a user

• Click Invite new users.
• Enter the email address AppRelease@gocadmium.com to invite us to your developer account.
• On the Account permissions tab, select Admin (all permissions).
• Click Invite user to send the request.

3. Notify your Project Manager

• Let your Project Manager know once the invitation has been sent.
• The invitation must be accepted within 30 days before it expires.
