Lead Capture is available to select customers. If enabled for a customer account, you will be contacted by your Project Manager with more information. If available to exhibitors, you will be notified by the event organizer.
Reliable internet connectivity with enough bandwidth to support cloud syncing is essential to ensure your exhibitors have a successful Lead Capture experience. For optimal performance, we recommend the following:
Bandwidth
5-10 Mbps of upload and download speed is generally recommended for basic cloud syncing.
Important Considerations
Consult with your internet provider to determine appropriate bandwidth based on your specific event needs. Take into consideration:
- Lead Capture is just one component of your overall bandwidth.
- Total bandwidth requirements will vary depending on:
- Venue size and layout
- Number of users (exhibitors and/or attendees)
- Additional internet-dependent services (polling, live streaming, etc.)
- Peak usage periods during the event
