- Navigate to the Developer Kits tab within the Lead Capture Admin Portal.
- Use the checkbox to select one or more Developer Kits.
- Select the Change Status button.
An event organizer can disable a Developer Kit after it's been provisioned. This may be necessary for security reasons, payment issues, or when exhibitor participation changes. Disabled Developer Kits are included in the total count in the Summary table and the status can be changed back to 'Enabled' at any time.
When a Developer Kit has a status of 'Disabled':
- The corresponding API Key will immediately stop working.
- The booth's third-party lead retrieval software will no longer be able to pull attendee data from the API.
- An alert banner will appear in the booth's Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal notifying them of the status.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Disabling a Developer Kit does not issue a refund to the exhibitor if the Developer Kit was purchased. These actions must be taken separately.
To change the status of a Developer Kit, follow these steps:

- Choose either Enabled or Disabled from the dropdown menu.
- Select the Save button to confirm the change.
