Purchasing a Developer Kit

If configured by the event organizer, booth admins can purchase a Developer Kit in the Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal. 

NOTE

By default, the exhibitor portal is configured for exhibitors using the Lead Capture Mobile App. Exhibitors wishing to use the Developer Kit must contact the event organizer to confirm that it's available for the event. If yes, the event organizer can update the booth's Lead Capture type. Once updated, the exhibitor must log out and back in for the change to be reflected in the exhibitor portal. 

Follow the steps below to purchase a Developer Kit:

  1. Select the Purchase Developer Kit button. 
  2. Review the Developer Kit pricing grid. 
  3. Enter the name of your third-party developer in the Recipient Name field. 
  4. Click Proceed to Checkout to review your order summary. 
  5. Complete the payment form with your billing information. 
  6. Select the Submit button to complete your purchase.
  7. Upon completion: 
    • An order confirmation email will be sent. If you entered a different billing email, that address will also receive a copy. 
    • You can download a copy of your receipt from the Receipts page and view API details on the Developer Kit page (allow a few minutes for processing - refresh the page if needed).
