- Navigate to the Licenses page in the Lead Capture Admin Portal.
- Select the Add License button.
- Select Admin License - $0 from the dropdown menu.
LIMITED RELEASE
Lead Capture is available to only certain customers at this time. If you are a Cadmium customer interested in using Lead Capture, please engage with your Account Manager or Project Manager to determine feasibility. If you are an exhibitor, contact your event organizer to determine the Lead Capture options for your event.
An event organizer can manually add Lead Capture Mobile App licenses for booths without requiring payment. Licenses can be added individually or for multiple booths at once.
Add a Single License
To manually add a single $0 license, follow these steps:

- Complete the Add Admin License(s) form:
- Select the Company/Booth.
- Update the quantity of licenses to add for the booth.
- Provide a reason for adding the license(s) at no charge.

- Select the Save button to add the license(s) to the booth.
- Once saved, the licenses will appear in the table on the Licenses page.
NOTE
Only records with a type of 'License' will appear in the Company/Booth dropdown.
Add Licenses for Multiple Booths
To manually add $0 licenses for multiple booths at once, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Summary page in the Lead Capture Admin Portal.
- Select the checkbox for one or more booth records with the type 'License'.
- Alternatively, use the checkbox in the column header to select all booth records.
- Select the Add Licenses button.

- Complete the Add Licenses form.
- Update the quantity of licenses to add for all the selected booths.
- Provide a reason for adding the license(s) at no charge.

- Select the Save button to add the licenses to the booth(s).
- Once saved, the licenses will appear in the table on the Licenses page.
