An event organizer can manually add licenses for booths without requiring payment. Licenses can be added individually or for multiple booths at once.
Adding Licenses for a Single Booth
To add licenses for a single booth without collecting payment, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Licenses page in the Lead Capture Admin Portal.
- Select the Add License(s) button.
- Select Admin License - $0 from the dropdown menu.
- Complete the form.
- Select the Company/Booth.
- Only records with a type of 'License' will appear in the dropdown.
- Enter the quantity of licenses to add for the booth.
- Provide a reason for adding the licenses at no charge.
- Select the Save button.
- Once saved, the licenses will appear in the table on the Licenses page.
- Select the Company/Booth.
Adding Licenses for Multiple Booths
To add licenses for multiple booths without collecting payment, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Summary page in the Lead Capture Admin Portal.
- Use the checkboxes to select one or more records with a type of 'License'.
- Select the Add Licenses button.
- Complete the form.
- Enter the quantity of licenses to add for the booths.
- Provide a reason for adding the licenses at no charge.
- Select the Save button.
- Once saved, the licenses will appear in the table on the Licenses page.
