This can be confirmed by checking the types listed under the Submission Type Filter and ensuring the first check mark under Filters is green.
Once a task has been created and configured, it can be easily duplicated for use with a different submission type. Follow the steps below to duplicate the task and make minimal edits for the new submission type.
Before you begin, confirm that the task has been filtered to the correct submission type(s).

To duplicate the task, click on the task’s row and then select Duplicate.

A duplicate of the task will now appear within the Active bucket on the Tasks page with “---(NEW)” at the end of the original task’s name.

NOTE
If you duplicate an Abstract task, a warning message will appear at the top of the list, indicating that two tasks are now filtered to the same submission types. Please note that there can only be one Abstract task per submission type across all scorecards. If you have questions about this warning, contact your Project Manager.
To edit the duplicate task that has been added, click on the duplicate task’s row and select Edit.

You can edit the task title, filters, and task order.
- The task title can remain the same as the original.
- You can either keep the same task order number or assign a new one to better organize tasks for specific submission types. Task order numbers can be updated at any time.
- For the filters, select a submission type that was not used in the original task.
Once you’ve made your edits, click the “Update Task” button at the top of the task editor page.

The submission type filters will display with a green check mark.

NOTE
If you were editing duplicate Abstract tasks, the warning message will be removed from the Tasks page.
CADMIUM RECOMMENDS
After you have completed filtering your tasks, always test the Scorecard tasks by logging in as a user, testing all submission types.
