Lock the Settings

Utilize this tool once you have finalized all settings.  This will prevent changes being made and problems from being created.  By selecting this tool, you will be brought to a pop-up window where you will be required to provide a reason for locking the settings.  After the settings are locked, a red banner will appear across the Settings Module explaining that no settings can currently be changed.  Settings may be unlocked at any point.
