myCadmium Resources

Cadmium offers a variety of resources to support you.  This article delves into several key support materials designed to assist you in mastering myCadmium and each product module.  These include Help Tips, which provide step-by-step directions; Videos, offering visual guidance; Task Set-up Guides, comprehensive documents that cover all aspects setting up a Task; and Handbooks, detailed manuals that serve as essential references for both beginners and experienced users.  Together, these resources ensure that you have the necessary support to effectively utilize and benefit from the system.

Help Tips

Help Tips are step-by-step directions which include screenshots and detail how to accomplish tasks in myCadmium.  Help Tips are accessed by clicking the question mark icon found in the footer bar of each myCadmium page.  Help Tips are specific to the page you are on. (Fig. 1 & 2)

Tool Tips

Tool tips are brief help tips which are located throughout myCadmium next to each option with the various settings in myCadmium and within each product module.

To access a tool tip, hover over or select the blue-circle-question-mark icon. This will display a text box with additional information about that setting.

Tool Tips will display a temporary message, open a pop-up, or may display over the setting itself.  

Task Setup Guides

Task Setup Guides are step-by-step directions on how to set up that specific Task.

To access a set-up guide, click on a Task and select Setup Guide from the row pop-up.

The Setup Guide will open as a PDF that will you can save to your computer or print.

Settings Instructions

Settings Instructions are visible text next to the setting that provide further instructions about the setting.  No action is needed to see this text.

Training Page - myCadmium

The Training page in myCadmium includes support materials for each EventTech product such as direct access to Help Tips, videos, FAQs, and a Glossary of Terms.

To access the Training page select the Training icon at the top of the Events page then select the Product from the row of buttons.

Training Courses - Cadmium University

Cadmium University is our client facing Learning Management System (LMS) built using our Elevate product.  It is the LMS our clients use to watch live Webinars, On-Demand Training Courses, and other OnDemand content.  Cadmium University houses our On-Demand Training Courses that allow clients to access product training without delay and learn at their own pace. (Fig. 3)

To access the courses, you will need to login or create an account in Cadmium University. Once logged in, select the 'Register' button (registration is free) at the top of each course. (Fig. 4)
