Navigating the myCadmium Dashboard

As a new client, your myCadmium experience begins when you receive the “New myCadmium Account Created” email from DoNotReply@gocadmium.com. To access myCadmium, visit www.mycadmium.com. You will be prompted to create a password and complete your profile when you log in to myCadmium for the first time.

Events Page

After logging in to myCadmium, you will be brought to the Events page. This page displays all of your events, organized by year. To return to the Events page, select the Events icon in the Awesome bar. To access a product for a particular event, locate the Event and select the product button. Select 'Launch' on the pop up that appears.

NOTE

The Awesome Bar is the black bar at the top of pages where additional controls can be found. (Fig. 1)

Accounts Page

The Accounts page, accessible in the Awesome Bar, is where client administrator accounts are managed. A Pro level Admin can Add, Delete, and Edit accounts. (Fig. 2)

IconAccount LevelPermissions
BasicLog in to myCadmium and access the Events page and products to which they have been given access. These users can also access and use Boomerangs.
StandardLog in to myCadmium and access the Events page and products to which they have been given access. These users can also access and use Boomerangs.
ProUsers with a Pro Level admin account can access the Events page, products and Boomerangs and also have the ability to add, edit and delete admin accounts. Pro level admins can also manage access levels for other admin accounts.


Training Page

The Training page includes links to training videos, FAQ’s, a glossary of terms, and product manuals (Fig. 3).

My Team Page

On the My Team page, you can view and access information about Cadmium team members. Any team member with a yellow note below their photo is part of your project team and will appear near the top of the page. To learn more about a team member, click on a picture to open a pop-up which lists additional information. Use the search bar above the photos to find the person you need. (Fig. 4)

Boomerangs

The Boomerang System is the Cadmium EventTech product line's online ticketing system for all project communication. Boomerangs can be sent by Project Managers to clients requesting information or items such as event banners, key dates, import spreadsheets, and floor plans. In return, clients can use Boomerangs to send their Project Managers questions and/or requests. Features of the Boomerang System include attaching files, messages, optional task lists and email alerts. 

Boomerangs allow clients and Project Managers to quickly communicate and effectively make requests. A Product Manager can create a task list in a Boomerang to ensure that your project stays on track based on the established timelines. Boomerangs will also have faster response time from a Project Manager than email requests. 

You will be notified via email when you receive a Boomerang from Cadmium. You can access your Boomerangs using the link in the email or by logging in to your myCadmium dashboard and accessing the Boomerang tab. (Fig. 5)

Footer Bar 

The Footer Bar at the bottom of every myCadmium page provides additional information and controls. The most important feature is the Help Tips. Select the question mark icon in the footer bar of any page to open a list of Help Tips. Help Tips are step-by-step instructions with screenshots and are specific to the page you are on. (Fig. 6)
