Poster Management

If you have contracted for the ePoster Gallery for your upcoming event, you will see an additional Event on the myCadmium dashboard with the same name as your main event. This event will only have the Poster Harvester (PoHarvester) product button highlighted (Fig. 1). This event will contain the poster data for your event.

Poster Harvester is similar to Education Harvester.  Setting up your Poster Harvester begins by completing the Get Started Mission. This will initiate a Boomerang message to your Project Manager who will reach out to schedule a kick off call.  Once you are working within your Poster Harvester product, you will find that adding and editing tasks, importing, adding and editing data, worksheets and communication function the same as within the Education Harvester product. There are a few notable differences between the Poster Harvester and the Education Harvester. 

Labels 

As shown in Fig. 1 above, the Poster Harvester button on your Events list on the myCadmium dashboard will be listed as Po Harvester. Within the Poster Harvester, you will see a Poster page rather than a Presentations page (Fig. 2).

Tasks 

In the Tasks page you will have the same Education Harvester Tasks with the following exceptions.   

You will NOT have: 

  • Upload (Handouts) 
  • Upload (slides) 
  • Presentation Audio 
  • Presentation Video

Instead, you WILL have: 

  • Poster QR Code 
  • Upload (Posters) 
  • Poster Audio 
  • Poster Closed Captioning

Please work with your Project Manager to learn more about the Tasks you will use. 

NOTE

If any Users in the Education Harvester (Ex: Speakers, Moderators, Panelists) are also active in the Poster Harvester (Poster Presenters) please discuss the best way to assign event-wide Tasks such as Copyright Permissions, Disclosures, Hotel, etc with your Project Manager.

The main Education Harvester for the Event should have these Tasks.  You can duplicate these Tasks in the Poster Harvester but filter them in the Poster Harvester to only the Users who are not in Education Harvester, so they do not have to repeat the same Tasks. 

Data 

Do not add Presentation data or General items such as Registration, Coffee Breaks, Keynote, etc. in the Poster Harvester.  The Poster Harvester should contain Poster data only.
