You can easily adjust the registration fee for an existing registration record.
Click the Transaction History button at the bottom of any attendee record:
Click "change" next to the registration fee item that you need to adjust:
Then, select the fee from the drop-down that should be applied to the registration.
If the registrant paid by credit card, and there will be a refund due to the registrant, you can click the "Refund by Credit Card if applicable" box to refund their card. This will only refund the difference between the original fee amount and new fee amount. You can also choose to re-send the confirmation email to the registrant.
Click "Change" to complete the fee adjustment.
