Refunding Credit Cards

Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card that was used for the purchase. Most refunds via credit card can be made during the cancellation of an item in a registrants record (see "Cancel a Registration"). You can also use the "Credit Card Refunds" button. However, refunds can be issued other ways via check and manual credit card . Record these in our system on the Transaction History screen via the "Add Transaction" method.
