Good Until Dates

The Good Until dates in the Fee Schedule control when a price expires and is no longer available for purchase in the public-facing registration form. 

Fees expire at 11:59:59 PM Eastern on the night of the Good Until Date. If there is another price point for that fee, it will automatically switch to the next price in the Fee Schedule. If there are no further prices set for that fee, it will no longer show in the registration form. 

In the example below (Fig. 1), the In-Person Registration rate is $500 through the end of the day on 7/31/2024 and $550 from 8/1/2024 to 8/15/2024. In-Person Registration is no longer available starting at 12:00 AM Eastern on 8/16/2024 because there is no price after the 8/15/2024 Good Until Date:

Updating Good Until Dates

The video below illustrates how you can update Good Until Dates individually per price point or in bulk for an entire column of prices. 

Updating a Good Until Date for Individual Prices

1. Navigate to the Fee Schedule page under the Meeting Wizard header.
2. Click on the price you would like to update.
3. Select a new date from the Good Until calendar.
4. Click Save.

Updating a Good Until Date for Price Column

1. Navigate to the Fee Schedule page under the Meeting Wizard header.
2. Click on the date at the top of the price column you would like to update.
3. Select a date from the New Good Until Date calendar.
4. Click Save.
