Service Activity Descriptions

Activity 1: Welcome Notification

Cadmium sends an automated message to the Customer to confirm project assignment, provide integration documentation, and to solicit target launch date and contact information.  It is the Customer's responsibility to review the provided details, to respond to Cadmium with Point of Contact details and target launch date.

Activity 2: Establish Project Timeline

Using the target Launch Date, Cadmium builds and shares a project timeline which reflects project milestones and target dates.

Activity 3: Kick-Off Call

Cadmium conducts a call to discuss project plan, scope, timeline, and third-party vendor requirements.  The Customer may invite third-party vendor to the call as needed.

Activity 4: Project Plan

Cadmium documents the project requirements and sends them via email to the Customer.  The Customer is responsible for gathering and communicating missing details, and for approval of the proposed project plan.

Activity 5: Development & Quality Analysis

Following development and QA efforts, the customer will be notified that the integration is ready for customer testing.  We have a passive approval process which means if no issues/concerns are identified within 2 weeks, it's assumed to be working as expected, and moves into a 'Live' status.  Any changes required to integration that is in Live status requires a change order and may incur additional fees.
