Cadmium Identity is responsible for authentication — verifying your identity when you sign in. Each Cadmium application is responsible for authorization — determining what you are allowed to access within that application.
After successfully authenticating, you may see the following message: This account does not have permission to access this application.
This means the email address you used to log in does not have permissions for the corresponding application.
If you receive this message:
- If you believe you should have access, contact your site administrator for assistance.
- If your permissions were recently updated, select Try Again.
- To use a different email address, select Log Out & Switch Account to log in again with another account.
Your site administrator is typically the person who invited you to log in or manages your application permissions.
