Logging in with a One-Time Email Code

When logging in via Cadmium Identity, you can use a one-time code sent to your email instead of entering your password.

Step 1: Enter Your Email Address 

1. Navigate to your unique login URL. 
2. Enter your email address. 
3. Select Continue. 
4. Choose the option to “email me a one-time code.”

Step 2: Enter Your One-Time Code 

An email will be sent from noreply@gocadmium.com. Copy the one-time code from the email and enter it on the login screen to continue. 

• Delivery may take a few minutes. 
• The code expires after 15 minutes.

If you do not receive the email: 

• Check your spam or junk folder. 
• Contact your IT department to allow emails from noreply@gocadmium.com. 

Step 3: Proceed to the Application

After successful authentication, you will be automatically redirected to the application.
