The new Chats feature is designed to give your attendees a more intuitive and engaging way to connect with one another. With a refreshed interface and modern messaging tools, Chats makes networking easier and more enjoyable than ever.

• Familiar, User-Friendly Interface: Chats now mimic the look and feel of text messaging, making it easy for attendees to jump in and start conversations right away.
• Improved Networking Opportunities: Attendees who have shared their profiles can easily connect and message others who have done the same, fostering seamless peer-to-peer engagement.
• Organized Conversations: All messages are neatly organized in a chat list.  If profile images are uploaded, they will appear within individual conversations for a more personalized experience.
• Threaded Replies & Reactions: Attendees can now respond directly within message threads and react to specific messages, creating more dynamic and clear communication.
• Easy Access Throughout the App: The Chats feature is always visible in the app header, available from any screen. New messages trigger push notifications and an in-app badge for convenience.
• Clear Separation from Push Notifications: System-generated event push notifications are now housed separately from user-to-user messages in the app header, keeping communications organized and distraction-free.
