Will I receive a push notification when someone sends me a message?
Yes, within the app. You'll receive a push notification showing the sender and message content. Tapping it opens the conversation directly in the app. We do not currently have notifications or emails available for chat messages within the website.
What if someone hasn’t enabled profile sharing—can I still message them?
Yes. The chat icon will still appear. If profile sharing isn’t enabled, they’ll be prompted turn it on in their settings in the app or website before accessing chat.
Can I message someone directly from their profile within the app?
Yes. Just find the user in the app’s user list and tap "Message" to start a conversation.

Yes. Just find the user in the Attendee List and tab “Chat” to start a conversation.
Can I delete messages or conversations?

Can I turn off chat notifications?
Yes, but you’ll need to disable all app notifications in your device settings.
Can I continue to use the legacy message solution if I don’t update the app?

Does Chats work without an internet connection?
No. Chats requires an active internet connection.
Can I block someone from messaging me?
No. The current version of Chats does not include a blocking feature.
Can I send photos, files, or videos in messages?
Not currently—only text messages are supported.
