Delete a myCadmium Admin Account

Users with a Pro Level admin account have the ability to delete admin accounts. When an admin account is deleted, the user will be removed from the Accounts page. Any Boomerang messages assigned to a user who has been deleted will be listed as “unassigned”. 

To delete an admin account, follow the steps below: 

  1. Access the Accounts Page by selecting the Accounts icon in the top navigation bar on your myCadmium dashboard.

  1. Click on the name of the admin user you want to delete.
  2. Select Delete.

  1. A warning message will appear to confirm that you want to delete the selected admin account. Select the Yes button to confirm and delete the account.
