Check-in Overview

Cadmium's Eventscribe Boost makes it easy for meeting planners to track room capacity or check if attendees are on the reservation list prior to entering the session.  Within the administrative side of the Mobile App, you will be able to generate Eventscribe QR Codes for all attendees.  Your attendees will then scan their badges on-site with the Eventscribe App.  This check-in system can be used in conjunction with the Survey Magnet to verify attendance for CE tracking.

Five Different Ways to Use Room Check-In

1. Global Check

Use this setting if the check-in system is set to global rules rather than rules per presentation.

2. Simple Check-In

Scan the badge and it adds attendees to a list, no questions asked.

3. Capacity Check

When a room's capacity is reached, attendees are wait-listed.

4. Reservation Only

Only people on the list are allowed into the session.

5. Reservation + Capacity Check

Attendees with reservations are allowed in first, then wait-listed attendees if there is extra space.

Requirements for Room Check-In

  1. Access to Wi-Fi Connection
  2. Either Printed QR Codes (Self Check-In) or QR Codes on Badges
