To Void a Registration:
NOTE
This feature is only available on our custom branded LMS clients. Clients who are able to edit their site via the site editor will Registrations should only be voided if they are accidental duplicate registrations, or test registrations. Voiding a registration will completely wipe it from the system.
To void a registration, fast search the registrants name and click on the (B) located next to there name. This will take you to the registrants "Transaction
History". To void their registration, click the "Void" button at the bottom of the screen, then click "OK".
The registrant is now voided from the system and will not display in and searches or reports.
