If you are using the Membership Database for Member validation, it may become nessecary to add new members to the list as the enroll in Membership with your organization.
Once logged in to EventRebels, go to the Membership Center (the last option under the Membership section on the My Meeting Planner page).

From here, click on the "Purchase" button on the left hand toolbar.

If you are using the Membership database to allow live purchases of Membership, choose the appropriate member registration fee. If you just provided a member list for validation only, select the $0 "Default" Membership Level.

Enter all of the member's contact information. Some organizations do not have individual members, just member companies. In this case, enter the Company name in the Company field and enter a period (.) for the first and last name fields.

Depending on your member setup, you may have different Membership Categories. If so, show the one appropriate for your new member.

Be sure that the new member's Status is set to "Active".

Click Submit.

The new member will be added with a temporary Member ID. If you have assigned a permanent ID to them, you can add that now. To do so, click on their name, which should display in blue in the note reading "The membership for (MEMBER NAME HERE) has been purchased"

At the top of the page, you will see the temporary member ID that starts with a T and next to it, a field to enter their real member ID. Enter the new ID, ensuring that it is correct and click the "Set" button next to the field. Their Member ID has now been updated.
