Registration - “Transactions By Date” report now displays Member ID when "Section Information by Line" setting is enabled

Previously, if the “Transactions by Date” report was run with the "Section Information by Line" setting enabled, the Member ID column would be blank. This has been updated so that the Member ID correctly displays on the report for registrants with a Member ID.

Scorecard - Optimization Improvements: Recommendation Summary, Reviews Page, and Review Assignment Tool

We have made numerous improvements to the following pages or tools in the Scorecard: Recommendation Summary page for chairs, Reviews page, and the Review Assignment Tool. Prior to these improvements, some users were receiving error messages when trying to access these pages or tools. The main optimization effort for these features in the Scorecard was to increase to a longer connection time on the page to allow for the content to display before timing out or producing an error message.

Scorecard - Migration tool not filtering submitters

In Step 2 (Setup Migration)of the Migration Tool, admin users are asked to select if they want to migrate submitters to the Education Harvester. If an admin user selected ‘yes’,, Step 4 (Prepare Data) of the migration tool was not filtering the user list properly. This issue has been resolved and now Step 4 (Prepare Data) will only display users that have an existing account in the Education Harvester.

Scorecard - Share report button producing error

When trying to share a report through Scorecard, admin users were receiving an “unsuccessful” error message within the popup window where they insert an email address to share the report. The share report functionality is now working, and admin users can send reports by entering the recipient’s email address.

Education Harvester - Presentation Prep Task Not Displaying Presenter Emails

The presenter's emails on connected presentations were not displaying to the primary presenter on the session when “yes” to ‘show component presentations presenter email?’ in the Presentation Prep task in the Education Harvester was selected. Now, when that task option is set to ‘yes’, the session primary presenter presenter/lead will see the connected presentation’s presenter’s email.

Expo Harvester - Payment due date missing on invoice for exhibitors with pending payments

For exhibitors with pending payments, if the ‘Show Deposit Payment Due Date?’ setting was set to ‘All due on fixed date’, the deposit due date would be missing from the invoice. This has been resolved and the due date will now display the date in the ‘Deposit Payment Due Date’ setting.

Replace Me

Mobile App - Sunset Date Displaying Correctly on the Mobile App Dashboard

The sunset date for the Mobile App on the dashboard was previously displaying an incorrect format of the date. It now accurately displays the sunset date set in the Launch Plan Mission.

Replace Me

Mobile App - Speaker Zip Preview now Displays the Correct File

The Speaker .zip File Preview was previously pointing to a file that did not include pronouns. This has been updated to display the correct file with pronouns included.
