The My Schedule feature allows users to view a personalized, consolidated schedule of the sessions and activities they plan to attend during an event. This feature automatically aggregates selected content and confirmed meetings into one easy-to-view schedule.
Items that may appear in My Schedule include:
- Presentations
- Posters
- Appointments (if enabled for the event)
This provides attendees with a single location to track their selected sessions and scheduled meetings.
How Items Are Added to My Schedule
Favoriting Presentations or Posters
Users can add presentations or posters to their schedule by selecting the star icon next to the item within the event program.
Once the item is favorited, it will automatically appear in My Schedule.
Accepted Appointments
If the event includes an appointments or meeting feature, any appointments that the user has accepted or confirmed will automatically populate in My Schedule.
Removing Items From My Schedule
Users can remove items from their schedule at any time.
Presentations and Posters
Simply select the star icon again to unfavorite the item. The item will immediately be removed from My Schedule.
Mobile App Synchronization
If the event also provides a mobile app, the user’s schedule will automatically sync between the website and the mobile app, as long as the user is logged into the same account.
This means:
- Favorited sessions on the website will appear in the mobile app.
- Favorited sessions in the mobile app will appear on the website.
- Accepted appointments will appear in both locations.
All schedule items are managed through the same user account across both platforms.
Device Calendar Integration (Mobile App)
When using the mobile app, users can optionally add scheduled items to their device calendar.
To use this feature:
- The device must grant calendar permissions to the mobile app.
- Once permission is granted, users can add presentations, posters, or appointments to their device calendar.
Calendar entries will include an automatic reminder set for 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time, helping attendees arrive on time for their selected sessions or meetings.
