Create an Email Template

Email templates allow Scorecard administrators to quickly send pre-made emails to users. These templates can be used multiple times and are accessible across all Scorecards your organization has purchased.  

To create an email template, follow these steps: 

  1. Locate the email you want to save as a template in the Draft emails bucket.  
  2. Click on the email row, and then select Duplicate.

  1. In the pop-up window, select Template.

  1. The email template will be saved in the Templates bucket.


  1. To use a template, click on the email row and select Copy to Draft.

NOTE

If the email was previously sent, duplicate it first by clicking on the email and selecting Duplicate. This will create the email in the Draft bucket.
