Opening Review Site

To begin testing the review site, you must first set the Review Starting Date to today or to a past date. Once the review site launches, you can update this date to reflect the correct start date for reviewers. You can also modify the Review Closing Date and Review Cutoff Date, if necessary. 

• The Review Closing Date is the deadline displayed to reviewers. 
• The Review Cutoff Date is the date and time the system will restrict access to the review site. This is set in Eastern Standard Time, so adjustments may be needed based on your timezone. 

To adjust these dates, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Settings page of the Scorecard. 
2. Expand the Dates tab in the left-hand navigation panel and select the Review Dates. 
3. Adjust the dates and times, as needed. 
4. Select Save Changes to save your updates.
