- On the Session Room screen, select the Walk-in Slides button to launch the slides.
- The Walk-in Slides will be launched in Presentation mode

We recommend sharing this with your System Operator for the Speaker Ready System.
The Speaker Ready System can easily distribute the same walk-in slides to every session room. If walk-in slides are being used at the event, you will need to:
Upload the Walk-in Slides
On the Controller device,
- Launch File Explorer and navigate to: C:\Eventscribe\SRS\WalkInSlides
- Open the WalkInSlides folder (C:\Eventscribe\SRS\WalkInSlides)
NOTE
This folder is automatically created during the SRS installation process.
- Upload the Walk-in slides to this folder.
IMPORTANT NOTE
There should only be one walk-in slides file in this folder at a time.
Launch the Walk-in Slides
On the Podium device,
NOTE
The Walk-in Slides button will only appear if you have added a presentation into the walk-in slides folder.
