How do I make changes to a dashboard row?

Click on the row menu icon to make any of the following changes:

Collapse/Expand (Show/hide all of the panels in a row)
Add Panel (Add a new panel to the row)
Rename (Give the row a new title)
Move up (Move the row up one line on the dashboard)
Move down (Move the row down one line on the dashboard)
Remove (Remove the row, and any included panels, from the dashboard)
