Set the Currency for a Meeting

If your meeting is set up for live credit card processing, the currency is tied to the merchant account and cannot be edited at the meeting level. You will need to set the currency when creating the merchant account. 

  1. If your meeting is free or will not have live credit card processing, you can set the currency on the  Meeting Merchant Settings page under the Meeting Wizard header.

  1. Make sure that the Assigned Merchant has been set to Disabled then click on the Meeting Currency field to select the correct value from the dropdown. 
  2. Make sure to select Save Changes to save any updates to the page.
