Downloading Issues With Internet Explorer

IE Problems

If you are having trouble downloading reports using Internet Explorer, try these steps to resolve your issue:

IE 6

1. From within Internet Explorer, go into TOOLS - INTERNET OPTIONS
2. Select the SECURITY tab. Click the TRUSTED SITES icon and then the SITES button. Add in the EventRebels domain: https://ww2.eventrebels.com, click CLOSE and then APPLY.
3. Select the PRIVACY tab. Select the SETTINGS button in the POP UP BLOCKER section. Add in the EventRebels domain: https://ww2.eventrebels.com, click CLOSE and then OK.
4. Close and then reopen IE. You should be ready to go.

IE 7

1. From within Internet Explorer, go into TOOLS - INTERNET OPTIONS
2. Select the SECURITY tab. Click the TRUSTED SITES icon and then the SITES button. Add in the EventRebels domain: https://ww2.eventrebels.com. Click "Custom Level" for security and you change the security level to Medium- Low, and click apply. click CLOSE and then APPLY.
3. Select the PRIVACY tab. Select the SETTINGS button in the POP UP BLOCKER section. Add in the EventRebels domain: https://ww2.eventrebels.com, click CLOSE and then OK.
4. Close and then reopen IE. You should be ready to go.
