Workshop Tab

After creating your Workshop Sessions on the Session tab you can add information about the individual sessions on the Workshop tab. The workshop sessions that you created are listed on this page. This workshop session was created with 5 workshops, so there are five individual workshops that need their information completed. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Select Edit.

  1. Add more information about this particular workshop session.
    1. Add a capacity limit to restrict the number of registrants for this workshop session. 
    2. Give the workshop session a name
    3. Add a prompt using the editing tools, if desired.
    4. Select the room from the list that you indicated on the general setup page. 
    5. If you have tracks, select a track. 
    6. Add the long description. This is the description of the workshop that users will see when they click on the hyperlinked session title. You can utilize more extensive editing tools in the long description (bold, italicize, bullet point, insert an image, insert a table, link to an external site, etc.)

  1. Select Save and this workshop will be listed in the top position under this set of workshop sessions. Continue down the list and add the other sessions.

  1. Select Add Workshop to add an additional session.

  1. To remove a session select Delete.
