Modifying Module-Specific User Permissions

To modify user permissions for a module in an event, you must have admin access to the same module in the same event. To change user permissions, follow these steps:  


  1. Log in to Eventscribe Onsite and access the event using the organization and event drop down menus.

  1. Access to the Permissions module from the left menu.
Select Permissions module


NOTE 

If you do not see the Permissions module in the left menu, you do not have access to change user permissions. If you believe this is an error, reach out to your site admin to request access to the Permissions module.

  1. Locate the user whose permissions you would like to modify in the list or by using the search bar.   
  2. Select the user’s row to open the User Permission panel.  
  3. Use the Edit button in the header of this panel. This will open the change permission panel.

  1. Modify the user's permission for the modules as needed.
