- Click on Firm Merchant Settings under the Admin header on the Home page.
IMPORTANT NOTE
This article references the classic method for managing your event’s firm merchant settings. Registration will be transitioning to use Cadmium Payments, Cadmium’s centralized credit card processing, beginning on January 5th, 2026. Events created after Jan 5th, 2026 will default to use Cadmium Payments. Learn more about Cadmium Payments here.
If you have a merchant account that is no longer in use and you do not want it to be available for future meetings, you can archive that account.

- Select the name of the merchant to open the edit screen for that account.

- Scroll to the bottom and click on the Archive Merchant button.

- Click OK to confirm that you would like to archive the merchant account.
