Archive a Merchant Account

If you have a merchant account that is no longer in use and you do not want it to be available for future meetings, you can archive that account.

  1. Click on Firm Merchant Settings under the Admin header on the Home page.

  1. Select the name of the merchant to open the edit screen for that account.

  1. Scroll to the bottom and click on the Archive Merchant button.

  1. Click OK to confirm that you would like to archive the merchant account.
