Add a User-defined Field (UDF) to a Step-Based Form

First, go to the UDF page to create your new question.
Once your question is set up, go to Step-Based Registration Setup under the Meeting Wizard header.

Replace Me

Select the step of the form where you would like your new question to display.

Scroll to the bottom and click on Import UDFs.

UDFs that have already been added to your form will be deselected by default. UDFs not yet in your step-based form will be selected by default. Update the selections, if needed, then click Save.
