Accepted Payment Processors
Cadmium supports a variety of payment processors across Cadmium products. The processors listed below are fully integrated and supported.
Cadmium recommends using Cadmium Pay, our proprietary merchant solution, as the preferred processor for new and existing clients.
Recommended Payment Processor
Cadmium Pay provides a secure, integrated, and fully supported payment experience within Cadmium products. It is the recommended processor for organizations seeking streamlined setup and consistent support directly from Cadmium.
Alternate Payment Processors
The following third-party payment processors are also accepted and supported across Cadmium products:
These processors are compatible within Cadmium products. Organizations may continue to use these integrations if already established or may transition to Cadmium Pay for an optimized experience.
IP Address Allowlisting
Some payment processors let you restrict account access to a list of approved IP addresses (sometimes called an IP whitelist). If your processor account uses IP allowlisting, add the following Cadmium IP addresses to that list so Cadmium Payments can connect to your processor:
13.216.154.2433.225.101.41
Add both IP addresses before you verify your credentials with the Check Credentials tool. If either address is missing, your processor may block transactions from Cadmium, and the credential check may fail.
NOTE
If your processor does not use IP allowlisting, no action is needed. For steps to update your allowlist, refer to your payment processor’s support documentation.
