Once you log in, Cadmium Identity sends you back to the application.
The application checks whether your email address has access. If it doesn’t, you’ll see a message similar to “[email address] does not have permission to access this site.” The exact wording comes from the application and may vary slightly.
This means the email address you logged in with doesn't match what's in the application’s user list.
Start by confirming the email address on file. Contact the site administrator or event organizer; this is usually the person who invited you to log in. Ask them to check the application’s user list and confirm the exact email address they have on file for you.
If the email address on file has a typo, ask the site administrator or event organizer to correct it in the application’s user list, then select Try Again once they confirm it’s updated.
If the email address on file is a different one than you used, you have two options:
- Select Log Out & Switch Account and log in with the email address on file. You may need to create an account in Cadmium Identity for this email address. Read Creating an Account.
- Ask your administrator to update the user list to the email address you’d rather use, then select Try Again once they confirm.
