There are three permission levels in Eventscribe Onsite. Permissions levels are assigned on a per event per module basis. A user must have access to one event and at least one module to log into Onsite.
Admin Access | A user with Admin Access will have full access to the module as well as the ability to add users to an event and edit other user permission levels for the module in the event. |
Full Access | A user with Full Access can view and edit data in the module for the event. |
No Access | A user with No Access will not see the module when they are logged into Onsite for the event. |
A user will need Full Access or Admin Access to at least one module to log into Onsite for the event. A user with No Access to any modules for the event will be prompted to reach out to their account admin upon logging into Onsite. (Fig. 1)
